IntegraRack IR-35A Adjustable BallastRack™ Solar Module Racking System (Single Frame)
The IR-35A is the fastest and easiest ground mounting system available and allows for modules of any size to be racked and adjusted from 15°-35° for optimal year-round energy production. This system can be mounted almost anywhere with its four available mounting options and is strong enough to withstand wind speeds of up to 200 miles per hour. The IR-35A is also the lowest cost per kW option on the market, with only one IR-35A Frame needed per solar module after starting the row, and no pouring of concrete footings required. The minimal and modular design allows for good airflow behind the solar panels to optimize efficiency and avoid energy heat loss common with plastic bin type products.

*The IR-35A can be adjusted from 15°-35° during assembly in 2.5° increments. This system is not intended to be adjusted seasonally, though it can be if needed.
*Single frame can be used to start a new row of panels or add one panel to an existing row.
*This product is not interchangeable with other BallastRack products unless used in different rows.

- IR EarthBallast™ Kit – Uses fast setting epoxy to adhere geotextile material to IR-35A Frames and earth fill over for a fast ballasted system
- IR AnchorSpike™ Kit – Mount IR-35A Frames by clamping the base tubes around specially designed anchor spikes that provide easy off the ground leveling
- Concrete Lag Bolt Kit – Bolt the IR-35A Frames directly to any concrete surface (concrete pad, footings, or patios)
- Base Ballasting – Hold IR-35A Frames in place using flat water tanks or concrete curb stops

Additional Components Required For Some Mounting Configurations
1 Inch EMT/Conduit Pipe (required for certain mounting options)
- 1 inch EMT adds racking strength and helps with positioning for module spacing.
- 10 foot long Conduit Pipes can be sourced locally (Home Depot, Lowes, Electrical Hardware Store, Etc.).
