IntegraRack IR-G Series Adjustable Solar Module Racking Systems
The IR-G Series ground mounted systems can be assembled in 30 minutes or less by one person and offer a fast Adjustable Sun Angle System that allows for quick angle adjustment from 0-45 degrees on either side. Each rack frame is constructed with high-strength galvanized steel, aircraft grade aluminum and stainless steel solar module clamps, and can be installed using one of three available mounting kits offered by IntegraRack, cast-in-place 3.5″ steel poles, or can be held down with ballast weights.

IR-G Series Mounting Options

– IR EarthBallast™ Mounting Kit
Uses fast setting two part epoxy to adhere geotextile material to BallastRack Base Frame and allows for the frame to be ballasted using dirt, road base, or crushed rock.

- (1) 7.5′ x 14′ roll of geotextile material
- (1) Tube of 5 min. epoxy
- (1) Extra mixing nozzle
- (1) Scuff pad
- (1) Pack of heavy duty alcohol wipes
– IR AnchorSpike™ Mounting Kit
Uses specially designed hollow barbed spikes filled with epoxy that anchor the spikes deep into the ground.

– IR Concrete Slab/Footing Anchor Bolt Mounting Kit
Uses high-strength 5/8″ concrete anchor bolts to bolt the base frames directly to concrete slabs/footings or any existing concrete surface such as a patio (on site engineering required)

– Pole Mounting
Each rack frame is designed to slide over two 3.5″ steel poles that can be post pounded or cast-in-place (BallastRack Base Frame NOT required; Select “3.5″ Rack Frame Base Poles” from the dropdown above)
– Base Ballast Mounting
Each rack frame can be ballasted using 275 gallon water tote tanks or concrete barriers (click “Manufacturer Resources” link below for weight specifications)
30 Minute Assembly
- Each rack frame can be assembled with base frame in 30 minutes or less by a single person
- Full installation in less than 1 hour per frame with all of IntegraRack’s mounting kits
- No earth augers, no concrete, and no post pounding required
Fast Sun Angle Adjustment
- The integrated Sun Angle System allows for the array to be set at 0°, 15°, 30°, & 45° and quickly locked into place on either side
