Description
The IntegraRack Super Sealing Deck Mounted Metal Roof Bracket fits most all corrugated metal roofs, and is designed to be deck mounted to the side of the corrugations without needing to find rafters or joists underneath the sheet metal.
Super Sealing Technology
This bracket is fitted with Hydro-Sealing Mastic Rubber on the bottom of the angled foot. This thick rubber will expand into the threads of the deck bolts and through the visual inspection hole when the proper amount of bolt pressure is applied to ensure a 100% infusion seal with the roof surface. The IR-FCSM2500 comes standard with two self piercing deck mounting bolts and EPDM sealing washers.
Rail-Less
This bracket works with most all rail based systems, or with our own IR-FC Rail-Less Module Flange Clamp Bonding Bracket, which allows you to quickly snap your modules into place in seconds while bonding them together for lightning fast module install times.
Quick Fold Bend Tabs
The Bend Tab Clamps incorporated into the top of our brackets are designed to be used with our revolutionary rail-less module clamping system, but they can also be used with most all rail based systems as well. When quickly folded over with a flathead screwdriver, it clamps the solar module frame directly to the IR-FC Rail-Less Module Flange Clamp Bonding Bracket, bonding it and locking the solar module firmly in place. For mid-row brackets, you can bend each tab in a different direction, and for end modules the tabs can both be bent the same direction for added clamping tension.
Customizable Mounting Surface
Two brackets can be attached back to back to form an adjustable scissor-like clamp with the angled feet facing each other. This allows you to customize the fit for almost any metal roof shape while maintaining a water tight seal and doubling the strength of your module mount as well.

Mounting Requirements
(2) brackets will be required per module after the starter row.
When using our lightning fast rail-less module mounting system, (4) IR-F1 Rail-Less Module Flange Clamp Bonding Brackets will be required per module. (1) IR-F1 can be used for end clamping or (2) can me mounted (one on each side with a single carriage bolt holding them to the upright bracket) for mid clamping.
