For our customers, we offer a 15-day full money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Products must be shipped back in original packaging and sealed responsibly to ensure that the products are not damaged or lost in transit. Any products lost or damaged in transit may affect your final refund amount. To qualify, a refund must be requested within 15 days of receiving the products, items must be in the same condition they were received, and you may need to show a receipt or other proof of purchase.

You will be notified once we receive and inspect your return, to let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, your order will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us.

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong product or decide after receiving initial order that another product would work better for you, you may contact us to exchange your products for another. In this case, you would be responsible for paying all shipping cost in accordance with the exchange and to pay any difference that may apply. Products from the initial order must be received by us and inspected before your new products can be sent out.
