BallastRack Mounting Kits
These mounting kits are not required, but do offer easy mounting solutions for any of the IntegraRack BallastRack frames listed above. Only one kit is needed per system and each one is capable of mounting a set number of BallastRack Frames. While these mounting kits are not required they allow IntegraRack’s BallastRack Frames to be mounted in places that other systems cannot, while also being much faster and easier than any other solar racking system on the market. Each BallastRack Mounting Kit includes one ratchet wrench that allows for fast and easy panel mounting. Please refer to IntegraRack’s Stamped Engineering & Datasheets to see which mounting option is best for you.

No Penetration Tile Roof Mount
The new IR-T1 features longer mounting tabs that make it compatible with almost any concrete tile roof in the world and the new fixed upright that allows for faster install times.
The IR-T1 is designed to replace traditional tile roof hook mounts with a non-invasive system that actually increases the structural integrity of the roof, giving homeowners peace of mind. Using IntegraRack’s IntegraGel two part epoxy, each mount will be bonded with three tiles that are weighed down by five additional overlapping tiles. Each mount is designed for use with any rail based solar mounting system, but requires far less training than other systems.
*For use with S, W, and Flat style concrete roof tiles with row spacing of 11.75 – 15.5 inches.

Ballasted Flat Roof Solar Mount (5 Degree)
Mostly intended for large-scale commercial projects, the IR-05 is the fastest and easiest non-invasive mount on the market. This mount is designed to clamp around a standard cinder block for ballasting, but can also be attached to the roof with IntegraGel Epoxy or deck bolts, making it suitable for almost any project.
