BallastRack Mounting Kits

These mounting kits are not required, but do offer easy mounting solutions for any of the IntegraRack BallastRack frames listed above. Only one kit is needed per system and each one is capable of mounting a set number of BallastRack Frames. While these mounting kits are not required they allow IntegraRack’s BallastRack Frames to be mounted in places that other systems cannot, while also being much faster and easier than any other solar racking system on the market. Each BallastRack Mounting Kit includes one ratchet wrench that allows for fast and easy panel mounting. Please refer to IntegraRack’s Stamped Engineering & Datasheets to see which mounting option is best for you.

Uses a fast-setting epoxy to adhere geotextile material to the BallastRack frames and earth fill over for a very strong and fast ballasted system.
Kit incudes a 50 ft. roll of strong geotextile material, a strong epoxy with mixing nozzle, a ratchetting wrench, and everything needed to prep the frames.
Provides easy mounting in locations where ground penetration is not possible, with incredible strength against high wind speeds.

IntegraRack IR-T1

No Penetration Tile Roof Mount

The new IR-T1 features longer mounting tabs that make it compatible with almost any concrete tile roof in the world and the new fixed upright that allows for faster install times. This product is only sold in sets of ten with a free tube of IntegraGel Epoxy included with each kit.

The IR-T1 is designed to replace traditional tile roof hook mounts with a non-invasive system that actually increases the structural integrity of the roof, giving homeowners peace of mind. Using IntegraRack’s IntegraGel two part epoxy, each mount will be bonded with three tiles that are weighed down by five additional overlapping tiles. Each mount is designed for use with any rail based solar mounting system, but requires far less training than other systems.
