IntegraRack® IR-05MBDB MultiBallast™ DB Series Modular Racking System Kit – 5° South / 0° Raised Flat Configuration
The IR MultiBallast DB Series solar panel racking system is a low profile alternative to the standard MultiBallast system, offering many of the same great benefits, with greater versatility for roof mounting at a lower cost. This modular system is capable of mounting any size solar panel on almost any roof surface, using SikaFlex 1A Polyurethane Adhesive (sold separately).
This system can also be used with the IR-00MBDB to create a 5° East/West ‘W’ Configuration (requires 1x IR-00MBDB Kit for half of the panels, 1x for the other half of the panels + 1x IR-00MBDB Kit to start each column of panels).
*One additional kit is required to start each row of solar panels

- 1x Wind Spoiler for each solar panel (Optional)
– What Tools are Required?
- 1/2″ (13mm) ratcheting wrench for mounting solar panels
- Caulk gun for SikaFlex 1A polyurethane adhesive

– Lightning Fast Assembly & Installation
- Each mount can be assembled in 30 seconds or less.
- Assembly only requires attaching the Riser Bracket and Lower Offset Bracket on each Base Mount using a 1/2″ (13mm) wrench, attaching the rubber grip strips, and installing the ballast blocks if applicable.
- Installation only requires placing mounts on the roof and adhesively bonding them to the roof surface if not ballasting.

- Mounting solar panels using the included IR-F2 Solar Module Flange Clamp Bonding Brackets is fast and easy.
- Each IR-F2 can easily drop into the open slot of the H Module Mounting Bracket and all you need to do is tighten the serrated nut with a 1/2″ (13mm) wrench.

– Optional Wind Spoiler
- The optional Wind Spoiler can be used to block the wind behind the panels and create downforce for the system (5° South Configuration)
