IntegraRack® IntegraGel™ Fast Setting Two Part Epoxy Adhesive Gel
IntegraGel is a fast setting non-sagging two part epoxy adhesive with a self mixing nozzle that can be used with any standard caulk gun and sets up in 15-30 minutes. The gel-like consistency of this epoxy makes it fast and easy to use as it can even be applied to vertical and overhead surfaces. This strong adhesive can be used with a variety of IntegraRack Products such as the IR-T1, IR-D2, IR-05 and IR EarthBallast Mounting Kit.
IR-T1 TileBallast™ Mounting System
IntegraGel can be used to bond tiles together around each IR-T1 roof mount to create the ballast. Simply use a caulk gun and the included mixing nozzle to apply a bead of IntegraGel under the top and bottom tile where the tabs of the IR-T1 are to be inserted. Each tube of epoxy is enough to install ten IR-T1 roof mounts.

IR-D2 Wide Foot TPO Roof Mount
One tube of IntegraGel Epoxy can be used to mount up to five IR-D2 roof mounts. Once the feet of each roof mount have been outlined, you can use a caulk gun to apply the IntegraGel in a zig-zag pattern where the feet will be mounted. It is important to properly prep the surface in accordance with manufacturer instructions. Deck mounting bolts can be used in tandem with the IntegraGel to create a water tight seal around the bolts.
IR-05 Flat Roof Ballast System (5 Degree)
While the IR-05 is designed to clamp around a cinder block and work as a ballasted system, it can also be installed using nothing but IntegraGel so long as the mounting surfaces have been prepped properly. The IR-05 can also be deck mounted using the IntegraGel to create a water tight seal.
IR EarthBallast Mounting Kit for IR-15,30,45,35A
The IntegraGel can be used to attach the geotextile mesh to the base tubes of each frame. After the base tubes have been prepped, use a caulk gun to apply the IntegraGel in a zig-zag pattern in between the short and tall legs of each frame.
