IntegraRack® IR-08MBCB MultiBallast™ Modular Racking System Kit – 8° South Configuration
The IR-08MBCB MultiBallast configuration can be used for ballasted mounting on flat roofs or on the ground, and is designed to rack any size solar panel using a common CMU block for weight. This kit can be used to rack solar panels in an 8° South configuration with an integrated wind spoiler (sold separately) to deflect wind from getting under the panels and converting the wind into downforce for the system. Only one kit is needed per solar panel installed, plus one IR-W5MBCB MultiBallast Kit (sold separately) to start each row of solar panels and each kit includes all of the hardware and solar panel bonding clamps.

– What Tools are Required?
- 13mm ratcheting wrench for assembling each mount and mounting solar panels
- Hammer for mounting H Module Mounting Brackets to the Base Mount
– Lightning Fast Assembly & Installation
- Each mount can be assembled in 1 minute or less.
- Assembly only requires placing the ballast, attaching the H Module Mounting Bracket to each Base Mount using a hammer and attaching the Riser Bracket with the included 10mm bolt using a 13mm ratcheting wrench.
- Installation only requires placing the assembled mounts on the roof/ground, and sliding the wind spoilers into place.

- Each IR-F2 can easily drop into the open slot of the H Module Mounting Bracket and all you need to do is tighten the serrated nut with a 13mm wrench.
– More Optimal Sun Angle
- This configuration offers an ideal 8° sun angle instead of the 5° offered by similar mounting systems, while maintaining higher wind ratings.
