IntegraRack® IR-T1 TileBallast™ Solar Module Roof Mount (10 Pack)
The IR-T1 is the first of its kind and the only tile roof mount that requires no removal of tiles and no roof penetration at all and is stronger than traditional tile roof hooks. This mount uses IntegraRack’s own IntegraGel™ Fast-Setting Industrial Strength Epoxy to bond tiles together and create a strong ballasted foot for each mount. Each IR-T1 is formed by a solid piece of Carbon Steel and finished in a black zinc coating with an integrated upright that creates a strong attachment point for any rail system. This system is up to 4x faster than traditional tile mounting options and each mount can be installed in less than 1 minute. This kit includes ten IR-T1 mounts with two tension bolts for each.

*Only recommended for CONCRETE roof tiles with at least a 1 inch thickness. Compatible with any style of concrete tile with 11.75-15.5 inch spacing.

– Compatible With Rails
The IR-T1 is meant to replace traditional tile roof hooks while being 100% non-invasive. The integrated upright is capable of mounting with any rail system (IronRidge, Unirac, K2 and more).

Aside from cost, potential roof damage and risk of leaks are the largest factor keeping homeowners from getting solar. The IntegraRack IR-T1 is designed to eliminate the need to remove tiles and penetrate the roof, using the weight of the heavy concrete tiles as a large, ballasted foot for unbelievable strength.
– Incredibly Strong
The IR-T1 is stronger than traditional tile roof hooks, and IntegraRack’s patent pending bonding method actually increases the strength of the roof structure. Using their high-strength tested concrete adhesive, each bracket is held down by at least eight concrete roof tiles that are nested together and overlapping each other. Each IR-T1 Bracket is tested for up to 175lbs of uplift (Click the “Manufacturer Resources” link below for engineering documentation from the manufacturer).
– Lightning Fast Installation
With no need to remove tiles or drill into the roof, installation is as fast as 1 minutes per bracket. When using the IR-T1, installations can be completed up to 4x faster, allowing for more solar modules to be installed in less time.
– IntegraGel Epoxy
IntegraRack’s IntegraGel is a fast-setting industrial strength epoxy that is perfectly designed to quickly bond tiles together around each mount and create a large ballasted foot out of the heavy concrete tiles, increasing the structural integrity of the roof in the process. Each tube of IntegraGel includes a self-mixing nozzle and can be used with any standard caulk gun to install up to ten IR-T1 mounts.
