IntegraRack® IR-T1 TileBallast™ No Penetration Tile Roof Mounting System
The IR-T1 is the first of its kind and the only tile roof hook that requires no removal of tiles and no roof penetration at all. The IR-T1 TileBallast™ System is 4x faster to install than traditional tile roof hooks and much stronger, since our proprietary installation system actually increases the overall strength of the entire roof structure. When installed using our test proven IntegraGel Fast Setting Industrial Strength Two Part Epoxy, each bracket uses the weight of the heavy concrete tiles which are nested and overlapping each other. The IR-T1 has been tested at the George E. Boeing Aeronautics Department Wind Tunnel and is proven to withstand over 165 MPH wind speeds with a 3:1 safety factor, making it the most extensively tested solar roof mounting bracket ever. One tube of IntegraGel Epoxy is good for up to ten mounts.

– Phoenix National Laboratories Hydraulic Load Tested for Wind and Snow Load Simulations
The IR-T1 has been rigorously tested by Phoenix Nationals Laboratories with multiple simulated wind and snow load hydraulic tests. This outdoor lab testing shows that the IR-T1 can withstand almost 200lbs of direct uplift and over 900lbs of direct compression per mount, allowing for a 3:1 safety factor with 165 MPH winds.

– Innovative Engineering
The IR-T1 utilizes a super high-strength tested concrete adhesive system to bond three roof tiles together along with the IR-T1’s two integrated mounting hooks bonded as one piece. This unique system creates a large heavy ballasted foot out of the three concrete roof tiles, and these bonded roof tiles are also held down and nested in place by five additional overlapping tiles.
– IntegraGel Epoxy
IntegraRack’s IntegraGel is a fast-setting industrial strength epoxy that is perfectly designed to quickly bond tiles together around each mount and create a large ballasted foot out of the heavy concrete tiles, increasing the structural integrity of the roof in the process. Each tube of IntegraGel includes a self-mixing nozzle and can be used with any standard caulk gun to install up to ten IR-T1 mounts.
